Overview
Please note this is not Swansea city council job. You will be working with a private client who received direct payments. I am a fun and energetic 11-year-old boy with a diagnosis of ADHD. I enjoy talking and love being active, especially playing football.
Hours and Pay
Hours of work: 4 hours a week term time; 8 hours a week during school holidays.
Rate of pay: £13.13 an hour.
Responsibilities
* Take me out so I can burn off my energy.
* Understand my needs—ADHD.
* Take me out so I can develop a hobby and build self-confidence.
Essential Qualifications
* Understand the importance of my needs.
* Be fun and patient with me.
* Be dependable and arrive on time.
* Be friendly with an easy-going manner.
* Be adaptable and flexible.
* Be supportive with my needs.
* Have business insurance on your car to take me out.
Desirable Qualifications
* You are active and can run around with me and support me to carry out activities.
* You have previous experience working with children with ADHD.
Support I Need
* Going out so I can have some fun.
* Keeping me safe as I can be very impulsive.
Concerning the position
Costs of DBS will be met by Swansea council where applicant is eligible.
