Project Coordinator – Bespoke Interiors & Luxury Fit-Out A globally respected interiors firm, known for crafting one-of-a-kind spaces for ultra-prime residential, flagship retail and hospitality clients, is looking for a meticulous Project Coordinator to join its project delivery team. With a reputation built on precision, discretion and artisanal excellence, this business transforms the most ambitious design visions into reality — blending custom joinery, rare materials, and flawless detailing on every scheme. Every piece is made to measure. No two projects are ever the same. The Role: You’ll act as the technical linchpin between design concept and flawless execution — working hand-in-hand with international interior designers, private clients, and specialist craftsmen. Lead the executive planning and technical coordination of bespoke interior packages, tailored entirely to each client brief. Manage and brief external CAD teams to produce accurate fabrication and installation drawings. Define finishes and technical details in collaboration with interior designers and architects. Monitor production at specialist workshops — including high-end joinery, custom metalwork, glass, stone, leatherwork and upholstery. Travel to UK and EU sites and suppliers for survey checks, factory visits, and install supervision. Be a trusted client liaison, managing all technical communications through to handover. What You’ll Need: A degree or diploma in architecture, interior design, industrial design or technical engineering. Deep understanding of luxury materiality and bespoke manufacturing processes — especially in wood, metal, glass, and textiles. Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D/3D; other 3D design software is a plus. Previous experience in high-end interiors, bespoke furniture, FF&E or luxury fit-out is essential. Fluent in reading and writing Italian and English (essential). A B category driving licence and willingness to travel internationally. Why Apply? Work with some of the most prestigious names in global interiors and architecture. Deliver projects that sit at the intersection of craft, luxury and innovation. Be part of a discreet and design-led team that values quality over quantity. Travel to Europe’s finest workshops and design destinations. Long-term growth in a company that champions detail and individuality
