Clinical Lead – Managed Service Network (MSN) for Functional Disorders
We are delighted to share an exciting opportunity to shape a new approach to support people with functional disorders in Grampian. Thanks to funding from the NHS Grampian Charity, we will establish and evaluate an MSN model over the next two years. A significant amount of work has already been undertaken to identify the need for the service and secure funding, and we are now ready to begin developing.

Both roles are fixed term (24 months), offer one day per week and are open to all senior staff with a clinical background (medical, nursing, psychology or allied health professional). Salary will be commensurate with your current grade.

* Participate in publicity to discuss the role and the impact of the NHS Grampian Charity grant.
* Work with NHS Grampian’s Planning, Innovation and Programmes Directorate to apply service‑planning, redesign, improvement methodology and project‑management expertise.
Qualifications
* Senior clinical background (medical, nursing, psychology or allied health professional).
* Vision, drive and enthusiasm for developing and implementing services.
* Passion for person‑centred care and experience designing services with patients.
