I'm seeking a confident and proactive Programmatic Manager to join a global media agency specialising in the Automotive, Financial, and Tech sectors.
This senior role offers the opportunity to oversee key client accounts, drive initiatives to enhance campaign performance, and mentor team members, ensuring operational excellence across omnichannel programmatic platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Take full ownership of end-to-end programmatic delivery for key clients.
Partner with Account and Commercial teams to improve performance and optimise workflows.
Collaborate with senior leadership to refine delivery processes and implement best practices.
Manage relationships with key partners and platforms, including onboarding, training, and growth.
Lead campaign QA and optimisation to ensure flawless execution across all channels.
Drive Test & Learn initiatives, from proposing new platform experiments to delivering actionable insights.
Represent the business confidently in client meetings, translating data into strategic recommendations.
Contribute to new business pitches and broader agency initiatives, helping shape the future of the programmatic offering.
About You
3+ years' hands-on experience managing end-to-end programmatic campaigns (planning, activation, reporting).
B2B expertise across omnichannel DSPs - The Trade Desk essential, with DV360 and/or StackAdapt preferred.
Experience across Display, OLV, DOOH, CTV, Audio, and Native channels is ideal.
Confident with analytics tools (GA4, DCM), with relevant certifications advantageous.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to influence and inspire.
Strategic and analytical mindset with a passion for driving programmatic innovation.
