Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Senior Housing Support Worker to join our clients' Housing Management team.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Senior Housing Support Worker:
* Ensure effective collection of rents including management of Housing Benefits
* Complete regular risk assessments
* Ensure properties are fit for purpose
* Schedule repairs and update tenants
* Monitor Health and Safety
* Reduce current and former tenant arrears
Essential Requirements of the Senior Housing Support Worker:
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Flexibility to take part in the on-call rota providing out of hours support
