Position: Cleaner
Location: Royal Arsenal – Duke of Wellington Avenue, Royal Arsenal, London, SE18 6FR
Working Hours: Mon – Fri 08:00 – 16:00; Sat 08:00 – 13:30
Salary: £27,135 per annum (depending on experience)
Contract: Permanent

Development Details
This role will be based at one of South East London’s most sensational riverside residential developments close to Woolwich Arsenal Station. Located along the banks of the River Thames, the development contains 2,800 luxury apartments with onsite amenities including a spa and gym.
Key Responsibilities And Requirements
* You’ll be a true expert in customer service, who uses this to engage, communicate and inspire others.
* You’ll have an understanding of Health and Safety processes at a residential development.
* You have a good eye for detail, carrying out regular inspections and cleaning, reporting any defect and health and safety concerns.
* Your team matters to you, you support them, work together, and build strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
* You’ll be someone who cares passionately about creating a positive, clean, and safe environment for residents, guests, and your team.
