Job Description:
Fire Compliance Sales Business Development Manager
Location: South East, London and Home Counties (other regions: Scotland and North East, Yorkshire/North/West England, Sussex and South Coast, South Wales)
Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 DOE + Commission and Permanent Benefits
Car Allowance: £6,000 or Company Car
Commission: Yes - on Revenue, well rewarded (if experience in Fire Safety sales)
Leads: 20% provided, with opportunities to generate new clients as 80% focus
Industry: Must have Fire compliance sales experience selling Fire Risk assessments, Passive Fire solutions, Fire Alarm systems, Fire service contracts, or extinguishers at an account level
Sales: Responsible for generating £600,000 to £2 million of Fire sales in the UK.

You can sell across verticals such as Hospitals, health, National Accounts, Shopping centres, Leisure, Retail, Data centres, and other sectors where you have contacts to secure contracts for your FIA/BAFE Fire protection company.
Company: A national Fire Protection and Detection company committed to building a passionate team of sellers. Their mission is to provide comprehensive fire compliance solutions, ensuring client safety and peace of mind. They seek local people who can sell, consult, listen, and become their Fire Compliance partner. If you've worked for another Fire Detection/Fire Protection company but feel unsupported or unrewarded, this is a fresh start for you.
Responsibilities:
* Selling a range of fire safety products and maintenance contract services, including fire extinguishers, fire alarms, passive fire protection, and full fire compliance packages such as risk assessments.
* Selling maintenance and new systems, offering tailored Fire Protection solutions to meet client needs. Technical knowledge is not mandatory, but experience with FIA or BAFE companies is required.
* Managing a targeted area with 20% of leads provided, while actively seeking new business opportunities. This is a sales role, not account management; enjoy hunter and development responsibilities as a Business Development Manager.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive fire compliance sales and achieve new business targets, expanding the client base.

Who We're Looking For:
* Proven UK experience in Fire Compliance sales, specifically in fire safety, fire detection, fire protection, or fire compliance industries
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to generate 80% new business and develop leads for 20%
* Ability to work independently, focusing on new business development and client acquisition
* Passion for fire safety and helping clients achieve compliance
