Strategy Development Executive Your team We are currently looking for a Strategy Executive to join our Paddy Power Retail Strategy team. The team is responsible for developing the Paddy Power Retail Strategy, as we evolve our offering and estate. Possessing a keen interest in the evolution of Gambling and wider Retail, you will help to shape our strategic plans and our innovation roadmap. What you’ll do Support the Head of Strategy in setting the PP Retail strategic direction and opportunities for innovation in the Retail Gambling sector. Lead on key strategic projects and initiatives from ideation through to implementation. Identify key customer & market trends that enable us to ensure we’re standing out on the High Street Work with the PP Leadership Team to gather insight and areas for focus from across the business including Commercial, Product, Technology and Operations. Work with the PP Analytics team to test and refine our innovation initiatives.
