Duties
* Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and service.
* Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
* Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
* Manage food inventory, ensuring proper storage, rotation, and compliance with health regulations.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area.
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
* Implement food safety protocols to guarantee the health and safety of both staff and customers.
* Assist in menu planning and development
Skills
* Proven experience in supervising kitchen operations and managing a team effectively.
* Strong background in food production, preparation, and cooking techniques.
* Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
* Comprehensive knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
* Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly desirable.

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
