In this role you will be covering the South West London territory (**SW, TW, KT & SM postcodes**)**Key Responsibilities:*** Growing existing accounts through cross‐selling, up‐selling and reducing churn* Building strong relationships with decision makers across Operations, H&S, Procurement, Sustainability and more* Delivering revenue, margin and retention targets* Supporting customers through site visits and service excellence* Working closely with National and Internal Account Teams to ensure consistent delivery* Spending 25%+ of your time acquiring new local business* Managing pipeline, forecasting and account data in Salesforce* Using remote service tools and carrying out minor on‐site adjustments when required**What We’re Looking For:*** Territory account management experience* Proven success in cross‐selling, up‐selling and generating new business* Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‐building skills* Commercial acumen and analytical ability* Highly organised with strong planning and attention to detail* Confident, proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a wider team* IT literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)* Full driving licence* Experience in the cleaning and hygiene industry is an advantageThis is a key role for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, solving technical challenges, and making a measurable impact in the food production environment.
