Responsible for leading the team in all sales and operational processes, with a keen eye for detail and ability to OWN IT. This role is accountable for various KPIs and is responsible for the recruitment, nurturing, and development of an elevated team capable of achieving them consistently.

Job Description
The Responsibilities:
* Represent Everlast Gyms as a fitness ambassador
* Demonstrate our elevated ways of working at all times
* Drive revenue from membership sales, product sales, and overall gym profitability
* Manage controllable costs effectively, such as stock orders and cleaning supplies
* Lead by example on reception and the gym floor to enhance member experience
* Ensure central processes like FUNDAMENTALS, ASCEND & MOVE are followed and delivered to high standards
* Promote national initiatives like #WorkoutWednesday & #WeCommunicate
* Recruit, monitor, train, and onboard new team members
* Complete all operational processes consistently and to a high standard
* Provide regular, constructive feedback to support team development
* React resiliently and adaptively to challenging situations
* Manage policies and procedures including Health & Safety and pool operations
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times
Qualifications
Must-have:
* Passion for health, fitness, and wellness
* Level 2 qualification in fitness (desirable)
* At least 1 year of management experience in the fitness industry
* Strong leadership qualities
* Adaptability in communication and management styles
* Positive, solutions-oriented mindset
* Exceptional interpersonal skills and a member champion mentality
* Driven, ambitious, and eager to learn and develop
* Flexibility in working hours and location, including weekends and bank holidays
