About the Role:
We're on the hunt for a bold and strategic Head of Socials to take the reins of our social presence and turn it into a cultural movement. You’ll own and elevate our content across Instagram and TikTok, build powerful relationships with creators and ambassadors, and play a key role in shaping our community through digital storytelling and real-world events.
What You’ll Do:
Influencer & Creator Partnerships:
Build and manage an ever-growing network of creators and influencers. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, nurturing, and activating authentic brand ambassadors who represent and amplify our values.
Content Strategy & Execution:
Lead the development and rollout of a high-performing content calendar across Instagram and TikTok. From trends to storytelling, you’ll create content that engages & converts.
Event Support & Social Coverage:
Assist in planning and executing brand events (usually in London). You’ll be there to capture behind-the-scenes, create real-time content, and ensure each moment is amplified on our social channels.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with our paid media team to provide organic-first UGC and creative assets for testing and performance campaigns. Your insights from organic will shape our broader growth strategy.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in a social, influencer, or content-focused role—ideally in a fast-paced consumer brand or agency setting.
Deep knowledge of social trends, platform algorithms, and emerging creator culture—especially on TikTok and Instagram.
A natural relationship builder with a strong network in the influencer/creator space.
Highly organised, proactive, and thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.
Bonus: You’re comfortable behind (or even in front of) a camera and know how to turn moments into viral content.
