Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Data and Insights Analyst located in Thorpe Park, Leeds. The Data and Insights Analyst will be responsible for coordinating, analysing and reporting data to provide commercial insight and improve decision making.
Working with commercial teams the Analyst's role is to coordinate data from multiple sources, validate for consistency and share findings with the business to improve client outcomes.
Aside from technical requirements we are looking for a storyteller who wants to join us in defining and shaping the future of commercial data and its capacity to create value. Professional curiosity is welcomed.
Key Attributes
* Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics experience, preferably is a marketing context
* Proficiency in Customer Insight methodologies
* Data Quality - recognising gaps and ensuring consistency and context
* Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
* Experience with statistical software and data visualisation tools
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
* Degree, or equivalent experience, in Statistics, Data Science, Marketing, or related field
* Experience in the marketing or mobile marketing industry is a positive
* Agency experience would be beneficial.
