This agent is a market leader in the town and are looking for a Senior Sales Consultant with a fantastic depth of knowledge to join their friendly sales team.
As a Senior Sales Consultant what’s in it for you?
* Up to £35,000 basic salary, OTE up to £50,000 (uncapped)

Your role as a Senior Sales Consultant:
* Assist with bringing new properties to the market and carry out valuations
* Generate new business using the latest marketing tools and through building relationships with clients
* Negotiate sales and handle offers
* Deliver excellent customer service to purchasers and sellers - people buy from people!
* Support your colleagues and work together to achieve the best for the office
What we’re looking for from a Senior Sales Consultant:
* Previous residential sales experience is essential
* Experience carrying out valuations is desired
* Strong communication &; people skills – build lasting relationships!
* A proactive, go-getter attitude – someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment
* Solid IT skills &; attention to detail
* A well-presented and professional approach
* Punctuality &; great organisational skills
* A real love for the industry and desire to progress
* Local area knowledge
* Full UK driving licence and access to own car
