Adept Care Homes provide high-quality residential and dementia care across our family‑run Midlands-based homes. We are recruiting Care Assistants to join our team at The Old Vicarage Care Home, a welcoming 44‑bed residential home in Clay Cross, Chesterfield. Both part‑time and full‑time day shifts are available.
As a Care Assistant, you will support residents with personal care, mealtimes, and daily activities while offering kindness, dignity and compassion. You will receive a full induction, ongoing training, and support to develop your skills and career.
About the Care Assistant role
* Salary of £12.85 per hour
* Choose between 33 to 44 hours a week (or more if you wish)
* Day shifts: 07:00 – 19:00

What we are looking for
* Previous care experience (desirable)
* Good literacy, numeracy, and communication skills
* Positive and caring attitude (essential)
