Keeler Recruitment are proud to be partnering with a well-established and thriving business located just outside Norwich in their search for a Part-Time Accounts Assistant.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in accounts receivable who is looking for a flexible role within a friendly and collaborative finance team. You'll play a key part in ensuring timely and accurate sales invoicing and contribute to the smooth running of daily finance operations, supporting cash flow and overall business performance.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Generate and issue daily sales invoices
* Process debit notes and customer credit notes accurately
* Maintain up-to-date customer records, including contact details, credit limits, and payment terms
* Match proofs of delivery with corresponding invoices
* Distribute monthly customer statements
* Assist with general finance administration, including filing and audit trail maintenance
* Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis as required
* Support strong customer relationships to maximise on-time payments
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in a similar accounts receivable or finance support role
* Strong attention to detail and good numerical ability
* Confident communicator with a proactive, customer-focused approach
* Working knowledge of finance systems and Microsoft Excel
* AAT study or interest in pursuing AAT (desirable but not essential)
