We help our residents to lead enriched, happy, and fulfilled lives, supported by a friendly, caring team. We are recruiting a Relief Home Manager to support our homes within the group where there is a manager absence due to a vacancy, leave or sickness. You will also be required to support and mentor new managers and those who are experiencing operational challenges. You may also be asked to assist with specific projects in the homes and to meet the needs of the business. Our Relief Manager will work across our sites based in Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Redditch and Burbage.
