They are now seeking a Housing Assistant to join them on a Temporary basis. Description Assist with managing tenant queries and resolving issues efficiently. Taking meeting minutes. Update and maintain accurate tenant records and housing databases. Support the team in preparing reports and documentation related to housing services. Coordinate with contractors and service providers to ensure timely property maintenance. Assist in organising tenant communication, such as letters and notices. Provide administrative support to the housing team as required. Ensure compliance with housing policies and legal requirements. Contribute to the overall smooth running of the housing office.Profile A successful Housing Assistant should have: Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally in the not-for-profit or housing sector. Minute taking experience is essential. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in using office software, including word processing and spreadsheets. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage tasks independently. Familiarity with housing policies or willingness to learn.Job Offer Hourly pay rate of approximately £14 to £16 per hour.
