Our client has an exciting opportunity to support the Payroll & Benefits function for a fast-growing tech group across multiple dynamic brands. This role is ideal for someone passionate about shaping employee experience and driving operational excellence in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.
The role:
Your key responsibilities would include:
* Lead end-to-end payroll operations across multiple brands
* Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of monthly payrolls
* Review and enhance payroll processes
* Deliver UK statutory year-end processes (P60, P11D, PSA)
* Manage pension and benefits administration, including cyclical re-enrollment
* Oversee internal communications and engagement around benefits (workshops, webinars, fairs)
* Monitor market trends to evolve and innovate the benefits offering
* Manage and support a small team
* Support annual pay and bonus reviews, salary benchmarking, and audits
* Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate cost allocation
* Maintain compliance with UK legislation and internal policies
Skills and experience:
You will ideally tick some of the following boxes:
* Prior experience managing a small team
* Proven experience in payroll and benefits
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with a solution-focused approach
* Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, INDEX, IFS, VLOOKUPs)
