Proving Engineer
As a Proving Engineer, your role will be to plan, prepare, conduct and report on missile and sub‑system integration/system proving activities within a laboratory based environment.

Salary & Working Conditions
Salary: Up to £40‑46K + bonus + benefits.
Dynamic working: 5 days per week on‑site typically.
Security Clearance: British Citizen or Dual UK national with British citizenship; all successful candidates will undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS).
Qualifications
* Degree qualified (or equivalent) in an appropriate engineering subject.
* Good understanding of hardware/software integration and test activities.
* Familiarity using general commercial Lab test equipment.
* Familiarity using data analysis tools/methods.
* Appreciation of electronics technologies and MBDA products.
* Creativity and practicality to work with complex problems and derive logical solutions.
* Adaptability and innovation in a varied and often fast‑paced role.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to manage a small team.
