Job Description:
Role: You will be responsible for planning orders into production, coordinating logistics for pickups and deliveries, and ensuring timely and complete customer service through effective communication and planning.
Responsibilities:
1. Plan all bulk, retail, oat drink orders into the production schedule to meet delivery deadlines.
2. Coordinate with local and international third-party packers and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of packaging and products.
3. Maintain accurate stock records using Sage 200.
4. Communicate with senior management and finance regarding stock levels based on sales forecasts.
5. Coordinate with the sales department to align forecasts.
6. Manage logistics companies to meet delivery requirements and resolve delivery complaints.
7. Ensure all customs documentation for exports is accurate.
8. Perform other duties as required by the business.
Skills and Experience:
* Experience with Sage 200.
* Data analysis skills.
* Knowledge of BRC standards.
* Ability to meet KPIs such as On Time In Full (OTIF), GMP audits, and production timeliness.

* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
