The role is full time, based in Cannock. Working with approx. 50 students, all with EHCPs.
The pay scale is between £40k and £50k. I really need an energetic, experienced and qualified SENDCo. I would want a qualified teacher for the role.
The person will be a member of the school SLT, they will manage a small team of TA's, be responsible for reviews, liaising with stakeholders, supporting teachers, supporting staff CPD and development, leading with phonics, designated teacher, as well as all the other wonderful jobs that a SENDCo does.
The students are mostly SEMHD but generally have a range of unique qualities and needs. I need the right person to fit the school, also an immediate start.
