What you’ll be doing
Are you a bold leader in hospitality with a passion for craftsmanship and service? As our F&B Director, you will bring real dedication, charm, and vision to lead an exceptional team and deliver top-tier quality across all food and beverage outlets. With responsibility for maintaining product quality, achieving department targets, and enhancing our reputation, you will play a pivotal role in creating memorable guest experiences and cultivating a guest-focused culture.
In this role, you will inspire your team with a high-energy, collaborative approach, helping them reach their goals and aligning with our commitment to hospitality excellence. You will bring a unique blend of creative leadership and commercial awareness to develop and implement F&B concepts, drive revenue, and maintain consistent standards that support our brand’s high-quality reputation.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Overseeing day-to-day F&B operations to ensure exceptional product quality and service
* Delivering guest experiences that embody real hospitality and exceed expectations
* Building a motivated, collaborative team with clear goals, training, and development
* Innovating and refining F&B concepts that elevate the guest experience and brand image
* Driving performance to meet and exceed department financial targets
* Maintaining a hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring smooth operations across all outlets
What you’ll bring

* Proven F&B management experience in high-volume operations and fast-paced environments
* Leadership experience in casual dining, with at least two years in a similar role
* Strong understanding of hospitality standards and the ability to anticipate guest needs

* Commercially focused with a strategic mindset, supporting brand growth and guest loyalty
* Up-to-date with food and beverage trends and best practices in hospitality
* Ability to manage multiple outlets, delegate effectively, and adapt to changing priorities

* Flexible, able to multitask, and quick to respond under pressure.
