About the Customer First Coordinator role As the first point of contact for all customer queries, you will resolve a broad spectrum of enquiries via phone, email, live webchat and post. You could find yourself providing advice on housing applications, rent payments, repairs and renewals, minor incidents of antisocial behaviour, parking issues and property exchanges, among many other things, so every day will be different. At the same time, you will assist in operating a busy reception area and organising customer events and marketing campaigns, placing you at the heart of everything we do. This is a part-time, fixed-term contract until 27 th July 2026. Youll work 29.5 hours per week. About you A good general education is essential to join us, alongside a strong interest in pursuing a customer service career. If youre experienced in social housing and formally qualified in administration, so much the better, but more significantly, you will be capable of solving problems effectively and going the extra mile every day. Equally importantly, you should be highly computer literate, extremely organised and methodical, and capable of organising your own workload. Above all, you will be passionate about customers and ready to do whatever it takes to exceed their expectations.
