The Administration Division Manager is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the organization’s administrative functions, including finance, human resources, and operational management. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in financial management and HR practices to ensure efficient, compliant, and effective support for organizational goals. The Administrative Division Manager must step into various roles in the Finance and HR departments when required to support the teams and ensure a successful outcome.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE :

* Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
* UAE Driving License
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a corporate setting.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to optimize organizational efficiency
2. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, expense management, and financial reporting
3. Manage human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance
4. Ensure organizational compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policies
5. Coordinate with senior leadership to support strategic initiatives and operational needs
6. Supervise administrative staff and foster a positive, productive work environment
7. Oversee procurement, facilities management, and other operational activities
8. Prepare reports for senior management and stakeholders on financial and administrative performance
9. Manage various organization data sources ensuring data is accurate and complete.
10. Able to adapt to different situations and diplomatically resolve conflict.
11. Act as a change agent to promote a culture of continuous improvement, efficiency, and professionalism.
12. Able to identify areas for operational enhancement, proposing practical solutions, and executing implementation plans with measurable outcomes.
