An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate Director of Operational Finance to join one of the most diverse providers of integrated physical and mental health care in the country, providing a full range of mental health, physical healthcare and community services for children, adults and older people living in the London boroughs of Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham and Hounslow.

The successful candidate will be Lead the Operational Finance team to provide and excellent financial management service to Trust in line with Trust values and vision.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be responsible for the overall management and performance of the Finance functions for the CSUs and all Corporate Directorates, including Estates and Facilities.
This incorporates responsibility for all operational aspects of business, finance management and for the strategic planning of all aspects of the business agenda across these services. This includes responsibility for the contractual relationship between the Trust and the lead commissioner and management of any contractual processes including partnership arrangements with other providers.

* Postgraduate Degree level qualification or equivalent plus relevant management experience
* CCAB qualified
* Evidence of continuing professional development

Experience and Knowledge

* Post qualification experience in leadership role
* Management of annual budget setting process within a large and complex organisation
* Experience of performance management, NHS/Social Services information management and delivering on relevant performance indicator targets
* High standard of technical skills and knowledge of NHS finance regime.

* Knowledge of contract management and legal frameworks
Desirable criteria
* Experience in delivering complex clinical service redesign using analytical tools and techniques to objectively analyse factors such as demand, capacity and activity
