Job Description
The East Sussex County Council Recruitment Team are looking to appoint two Recruitment Assistants. Two current Recruitment Assistants have been promoted within the HR team on a temporary basis. We are looking to cover the roles on one-year fixed-term contracts.
This is a great opportunity for an introduction to working in recruitment and HR and can provide an invaluable foundation for anyone looking to launch a career in these areas of work.
We are a busy team responsible for assisting candidates and supporting hiring managers across the Council to make more than 1000 appointments annually, ranging from apprentices to senior management positions.

We Are Looking For Candidates Who
* Are proactive and confident communicators, able to speak effectively with managers and candidates
* Enjoy working at pace to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
* Can manage multiple priorities efficiently
* Can handle a large caseload of appointed candidates to meet deadlines

Interview Details
Interviews will be held in person on Wednesday 2 June and Friday 4 June at County Hall in Lewes. We will provide interview questions beforehand. You will be interviewed by two team members. Feel free to ask questions during the process.

This position is based in Lewes, East Sussex, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office.
