Job Overview
Join us as a Senior Sales Specialist at MKM Building Supplies. In this role you will drive sales of our full range of building material products and play a key part in expanding our customer base.
Responsibilities
 * Provide quotations for customers
 * Engage with customers face‑to‑face and over the telephone
 * Deliver excellent customer service and sound product advice
 * Proactively build product sales, seizing every opportunity to make or increase a sale
 * Use a customer relationship management system effectively
 * Generate new business with existing and new customers
 * Upsell and perform gap analysis on existing customers
 * Conduct cold calling and qualify leads
 * Follow up on quotes
Qualifications and Skills
 * Motivated, energetic, and self‑driven with a positive attitude
 * Strong knowledge of building supplies is required
 * Previous sales experience in a builders merchant environment is essential
 * Confident dealing with customers and building strong relationships
 * Excellent telephone manner, communication, and interpersonal skills
 * Computer literate
