Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are looking for a talented Import & Export Analyst to join our client’s team in Northampton for a 6-month contract!\n\nAbout the Role\n\nAs an Import & Export Analyst, you'll be at the heart of operations, ensuring smooth and efficient movement of goods across borders.
Reporting to the Import and Export Manager, you’ll play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. You'll manage import and export ledgers, handle queries, and provide essential documentation, all while working closely with key partners.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * \n\n Export Management:\n\n * \n\n Prepare export paperwork, proforma invoices, and declarations\n\n * \n\n Complete export ledger\n\n * \n\n Liaise with external logistics provider for compliance\n\n * \n\n Import Management:\n\n * \n\n Prepare import paperwork for customs clearance\n\n * \n\n Issue re-import instructions\n\n * \n\n Liaise with suppliers\n\n * \n\n Complete import ledger and maintain customs documentation for auditing\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\nEssential Skills\n\n * \n\n Excellent interpersonal and communication skills\n\n * \n\n High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills\n\n * \n\n Experience in logistics (import/export)\n\nPreferred Skills\n\n * \n\n Sound knowledge of import and export processes\n\n * \n\n Knowledge of country-specific customs requirements\n\n * \n\n Experience dealing with overseas suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics companies\n\n * \n\n Knowledge of SAP & Excel\n\nWhy Join Us?\n\nThis is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced logistics environment.
