Rapid Response Customer Service Representative
Working Hours: 20 hours per week, 5pm - 10:45pm, working 4 shifts on and 4 shifts off.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing Rapid Response team, providing comprehensive, 24/7 telephone support to those in urgent need. We work closely with Highways England and police forces across the UK. Each call is unique, with support tailored to each incident.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for incident reports to the Operations Centre. Your main goal is to dispatch the nearest vehicle recovery operator with the appropriate equipment promptly and manage the incident to a successful resolution.

* Salary: From £14,348.65 per annum based on experience, with a quarterly performance bonus up to £3,800 annually (pro rata).

About You: Experience in motor claims or vehicle recovery is advantageous. You are a strong communicator, decision-maker, team player, and able to develop rapport quickly. You focus on delivering excellent customer service, managing pressured situations professionally, and are proficient with telephone and IT systems.
