Job Description:

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an FM Operations Compliance Manager to join our Facilities Management team at the Roche Products site in Welwyn Garden City. This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week, Mon to Fri from 8am to 5pm.
Key Activities:
* Reporting to the Contract Manager / Contract Director
* Ensure a standardised approach to the provision and recording of FM operational services; responsible for managing and governing Hard FM Services compliance within the building environments, including statutory PPM performance, compliance document management, adherence to directives, and business accreditations.
* Ensure site compliance with all H&S management and regulations.
* Deliver safety management aligned with SHEQ policies, ensuring timely reporting and representation in client health and safety meetings.
* Implement, manage, and maintain compliance tracking tools to ensure adherence to statutory engineering, SLA performance, and business accreditation requirements.
* Plan and manage PPM activities, ensuring contractor readiness and compliance with operational procedures.
* Provide regular compliance status updates to senior management; maintain accuracy of compliance trackers and report non-compliance issues.
* Work hours: 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Management experience and technical qualifications such as C&G / NVQ, plus relevant health & safety certifications.
* Strong organizational skills and assertiveness.
* Relationship management and teamwork skills.
* Excellent communication skills and client relationship abilities.
* Proficient with computers and information processing.
* Commitment to safety, attention to detail, ownership, and responsibility.
