Overview
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial professional to secure a long-term role within an ambitious and growing construction company specialising in new‑build roofing and cladding projects.
We specialise in the identification, development, and delivery of large‑scale roofing and cladding projects across the UK. The role is primarily home‑based with occasional visits to the Aylesbury office. You will be involved in a range of new‑build roofing and cladding projects, working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Responsibilities
* Working on new‑build building envelope projects
* Producing take‑offs, tenders, and cost estimates
* Building and maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers
* Remotely based work with occasional travel to the Aylesbury office
Qualifications
* Estimator with experience in building envelope systems (roofing, cladding, rainscreens, or façades)
* Comfortable working predominantly remotely
