About the Role: Are you looking for a hands-on role where you can learn a specialist trade? We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join the busy Hand-Finishing and Folding team at a leading printing company in Gosport.
This is a physical, active role where you will be an essential part of the final production process.We are looking for someone with very high attention to detail. Because you will be handling finished products, you must be confident with numbers and counting. You'll need to ensure every box contains the exact quantity required—accuracy is just as important as speed
No Printing Experience? No Problem. We are looking for someone with a willingness to learn. While you will start on the hand-finishing team, you will be fully trained on the printing side of the business. If you have a great attitude and a desire to pick up new skills, we want to hear from you
Your Daily Duties
Working as part of the hands-on folding team to finish printed products.
Manual handling, sorting, and precision folding of high-quality materials.
Learning the technical side of the printing process through on-the-job training.
Quality checking every item to ensure it meets the client's standards.
Working efficiently to meet daily production targets.
