Responsibilities include:
1. Taking orders over the phone and providing excellent customer service.
2. Answering incoming calls professionally and attentively.
3. Organising and maintaining files for easy access.
4. Accurately entering purchase orders into the system.
5. Conducting stock checks and monitoring inventory levels.
6. Chasing payments to ensure timely transactions.
7. Supporting data entry tasks and maintaining data integrity.
This is a full-time, office-based role from 9am to 5:30pm. The salary is up to £27,000, with 20 days of annual leave plus public holidays.
