Peter Bowles & Company Solicitors are seeking an experienced and motivated Private Client/Conveyancing Solicitor to join their friendly and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a full and varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion.
* Handle sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity.
* Advising clients on private client matters including wills, probate and estate planning.
* Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and a proactive approach.
* Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and firm policies.
Requirements
* Qualified solicitor, preferably with 2+ years PQE.
* Proven experience of managing files independently.
* Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
* Excellent communication and client care skills.
* A proactive, problem‑solving attitude with attention to detail.
