Customer Service Adviser Sutton Contract £17.03 per hour Our client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor – Call Centre Experience ESSENTIAL. The role will involve office working whilst training with flexibility on hybrid once up to speed. This role will be a minimum of a 6 month placement in Sutton Council's Customer Experience Contact Centre, the ideal candidates will have the following skill and experience. Role requirements: Contact Centre and basic business administration Dealing with a variety of resident enquiries for services offered by the local authority eg Waste Services, Homeless and Highways. Managing complex calls and emails in a professional and timely manner Skills and Experience Excellent verbal and Digital communication skills Experience and confidence in using contact centre technology Experience in a local authority environment Experience in customer service environment Local knowledge of Sutton Area would be beneficial The first part of our recruitment process is to send your CV.
