The Bell Hanger, Chepstow is hiring bar staff. The ideal applicant is fun, enthusiastic and passionate, with a good attitude, willingness to learn, and a calm head under pressure. No experience is required, as training is provided through a UK Top Employer award-winning programme.

Responsibilities
* Take orders, prepare, dispense and serve drinks to the correct specification, either at the bar or via the customer app
* Deliver food to customers, complete check-backs and clear plates within the required timeframe
* Provide friendly customer interactions: greet customers, say thank you and build rapport
* Be knowledgeable about promotions, events and new products
* Maintain clean-as-you-go standards: clear tables, wipe surfaces and carry out toilet checks
* Work in all areas as needed (glass-washing, restocking fridges, floor and beer garden clearing, and other duties)
