Sales Engineer
Location: London, UK
Working Pattern: 2 days per week in office (Hammersmith)
About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven Sales Engineer to join a fast-growing AI company building autonomous Digital Knowledge Workers for enterprise organisations operating in complex and regulated environments.
This role sits within the Office of the CEO and combines technical pre-sales, solution design, and content creation. You will help shape how the business communicates its technology to the market while also supporting strategic customer opportunities alongside senior leadership.
You will work across high-impact projects, helping enterprise customers understand how AI-driven workflows can transform operations across industries including life sciences, financial services, and supply chain.

Responsibilities
Technical Content & GTM Support
* Build and maintain live product demos for high-value enterprise use cases
* Create technical marketing assets including solution briefs, one-pagers, battle cards, and ROI tools
* Develop interactive demo experiences and technical landing pages
* Partner with growth and commercial teams to turn customer success stories into repeatable collateral
* Support the creation of compelling product messaging and technical storytelling for prospects and customers
Strategic Sales Engineering
* Lead technical discovery sessions for strategic enterprise opportunities
* Run product demonstrations and support proof-of-concept engagements
* Translate customer pain points into scalable AI workflow solutions
* Support RFP responses, technical evaluations, and partner discussions
* Work closely with senior stakeholders including CTOs, CDOs, and commercial leadership teams
Requirements
* 2 to 5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Pre-Sales Consultant within AI, analytics, or enterprise SaaS
* Strong presentation and communication skills
* Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
* Experience building demos or prototypes using Python, APIs, or LLM tooling
* Commercial awareness and understanding of enterprise sales cycles
* Experience working within at least one regulated or enterprise-focused industry such as life sciences, pharma, financial services, or supply chain
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Nice to Have
* Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks or multi-agent systems
* Exposure to causal AI or advanced analytics platforms
* Experience supporting enterprise AI deployments or workflow automation projects
