Salary: Basic wage £33,280.00 OTE £78,000 per annum

Powering the Future – Join Our Renewable Energy Team
We're a forward-thinking renewable energy contractor working across the Energy Company Obligation (ECO) scheme and the able-to-pay market, specialising in Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP) and Solar PV systems.
Due to continued growth and new project wins, we are seeking a Qualified Electrician to join our installation team. If you're passionate about clean energy, reliable with your tools, and ready to make a difference, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
· Electrical installation and commissioning of ASHP systems
· Wiring and testing of Solar PV systems
· Fault finding, inspection, and certification (EICs/EICRs)
· Ensuring compliance with BS7671 and MCS standards
· Working alongside heating engineers and project managers to ensure smooth delivery
· Accurately completing job paperwork and installation records
What We're Looking For:
· NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
· 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671)
· City & Guilds 2391 or 2394/2395 (Inspection and Testing) – preferred.
· Proven experience with Air Source Heat Pump and/or Solar PV installations
· ECS/JIB Gold Card preferred
· Strong understanding of current electrical safety standards and building regulations
· Full UK driving licence
· Professional and courteous, with a keen eye for detail
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Comfortable working in domestic properties and interacting with customers
· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Desirable (But Not Essential):
· Experience delivering projects under the Energy Company Obligation
· Familiarity with battery storage and inverter systems
· Experience with NICEIC or NAPIT-certified work
· Level 3 SPV system
· Installation of Small-Scale Solar Photovoltaic (Solar PV) Panel Systems, Level 3 Award
