A great opportunity has arisen to join our successful growing team at Adam's Morey as a Parts Sales Advisor at our site in Basingstoke.
Salary: OTE £35,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 5.30 pm, with 1 in 3 Saturdays paid as overtime (8.00 am to 12.00 pm). Total hours: 45 per week, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle external parts sales enquiries promptly and professionally.
* Accurately price parts and update internal systems.
* Build long-term relationships with customers.
* Liaise with trusted suppliers to ensure excellent service.
* Maintain high standards in customer service and administration.
* Drive parts sales growth through product knowledge and sales skills.
Ideally, we are looking for:
* At least 2 years’ experience in a motor trade parts department.
* LCV or HGV parts experience is highly desirable.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
* Organised, proactive, and target-driven.
