The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring students remain engaged and on task. You will manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies and create a positive, focused and structured learning environment for pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4.
This role may also involve supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) or additional learning requirements, offering an opportunity to make a real difference in students’ educational journeys.
