The role involves working alongside three other Secretaries and Clerical Officers in a fast-paced outpatient clinic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient scheduling of appointments, audio typing, and minute-taking via Teams. Reception cover is also required, making teamwork and adaptability essential. Scheduling appointments and managing clinic diaries. Audio typing and transcription of medical documentation. Minute-taking for meetings conducted via Teams. Reception cover and general administrative support. Collaborating effectively with other Secretaries and Clerical Officers. The Person The ideal candidate will have strong secretarial experience, excellent organisational skills, and a team-oriented approach. Essential: Proven secretarial experience. Ability to schedule appointments and manage clinic operations. Competence in audio typing and minute-taking. Up-to-date Access NI check or willingness to obtain one. Desirable: Experience with Encompass systems (training provided). Strong teamwork ethics and adaptability.
