Job Description
Carbon Activated Europe, a member of the Carbon Activated Group, a leading global manufacturer and distributor of activated carbon products and services, is seeking a Key Account Sales Manager to join our European sales team. This role involves managing and developing major accounts across the UK and Europe within sectors such as Air Filtration, Biogas, Chemicals, Food and Beverage, Remediation, Water, and Wastewater.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of activated carbon sales management experience, with a proven track record in growing accounts through technical expertise, sales drive, and collaboration. You will work closely with regional sales teams and distribution networks, and be willing to travel 25-50% throughout Europe for client visits, trade shows, and training.
Qualifications
* Current experience as a Key Account Sales Manager or similar role, seeking wider commercial responsibilities.
* Industry experience in Air Filtration, Biogas, Chemicals, Food and Beverage, or related fields.
* Ability to manage and grow accounts, develop new business, and work with channel partners.
* Degree in Chemistry or a related Science, supported by relevant industry experience and business qualifications.
* Strong leadership skills to manage and develop external teams.
* Self-motivated, data-driven, with excellent IT, organizational, and communication skills.
* Willingness to travel across Europe.
