Workspace Field Service Engineer (Mobile) role at Canon EMEA. We are looking for talented individuals to join the Northern team working primarily in the NorthWest postcodes as a Field Service Engineer (mobile). The ideal candidate would live in or around North Manchester postcodes (but not limited to) to meet agreed service levels. As a Canon Field Service Engineer, you'll be the trusted expert delivering our high standards directly to customers—installing, maintaining, and repairing Canon multifunctional office printers and finishing products to the highest standards. You’ll work independently in the field while being supported by a collaborative and inclusive team.
Location: Field Based North West England Postcodes. This is a mobile role requiring a valid UK driving licence.

Salary: Competitive salary, dependent on experience.

Responsibilities
* Deliver high quality service with a focus on first-time fixes
* Install, maintain and repair Canon multifunctional office printers and finishing products
* Work independently in the field and collaborate with a supportive service team
* Provide technical support and training to customers
* Manage and optimise car stock inventory
* Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and a professional approach
* Advise customers on chargeable work and obtain necessary authorisation
* Accurately record service activities in line with company guidelines

Qualifications
* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills (electrical/mechanical)
* A customer-first mindset and great communication skills
* Confidence using IT systems and managing your time effectively
* A proactive, self-motivated approach to learning and development
* Full UK driving licence (for mobile roles)
