We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join an established business in Coalville. The successful supervisor will be supporting multiple sites within a 30-minute drive of Coalville.
Hours:
1. 30 hours per week
2. Working between 6:00am and 8:00pm, Monday to Friday
3. Overtime paid for any hours worked over 30 per week
Pay:
4. £14 per hour (negotiable) depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
5. Auditing cleaning standards across sites
6. Inducting new staff
7. Interviewing and recruitment support
8. Training cleaning operatives
9. Supervising teams and covering sites when required
10. Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and compliance
Requirements:
11. Previous supervisory experience (ideally within cleaning or facilities management)
12. Full UK Driving Licence (company van provided as part of the role)
13. Strong organisational and communication skills
14. Ability to work flexibly within the stated hours
