Shift Pattern: 4 on/4 off (2 days/2 nights)
About the Role
We are recruiting an electrically biased Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our engineering team in Hull. You will work on a 4 on/4 off shift pattern, including 2 days and 2 nights shifts.
Responsibilities
1. Perform fault finding, planned, and preventative maintenance on plant and equipment to maximize reliability and performance.
2. Identify and resolve equipment issues through fault finding and problem-solving.
3. Communicate effectively with the operations team regarding engineering activities and schedules.
4. Respond to internal customer needs to maximize production uptime.
5. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and controls.
6. Maintain accurate records of stock and engineering documentation.
7. Suggest improvements to enhance health & safety and operational efficiency.
