About the Role
We are seeking a HR Coordinator to join our supportive and values-led business in Stockport, Greater Manchester. Our team is committed to empowering young people through high-quality care and support, offering a fulfilling and impactful work environment.
Team and Environment
You will work closely with the HR Manager, HR Business Support & Talent Officer, gaining exposure to various HR functions including disciplinary investigations and recruitment campaigns. The team is currently stretched, and your support will enable them to focus on strategic tasks.
Responsibilities
* Assist with onboarding and recruitment processes
* Coordinate meetings and 1-1 reviews
* Handle first-line HR queries and email correspondence
* Participate in HR meetings and site visits in the future
Development Opportunities
There is a clear pathway to become a generalist HR Advisor, with full CIPD funding (levels 3/5) and coaching led by the HR Manager. The HR Manager started as an Advisor just 18 months ago, illustrating the growth potential within the company.
Candidate Requirements
* Previous HR experience is essential
* Must be able to drive to the office
Details
Full-time, office-based role, Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm.
