We have an exciting position available for a Customer Voice Coordinator to join us!
Youll support the Customer Voice Lead in developing a strong customer voice framework that shapes customer-facing services. Youll work with customers and colleagues across the organisation to ensure all customers have the opportunity to share their views through a range of engagement and involvement methods.
