We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to support our administrative team. Duties
* Perform general clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and document management.
* Answer phone calls with professionalism, addressing inquiries and directing calls as necessary.
* Maintain an organised office environment by managing supplies and equipment.
* Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
* Manage scheduling and calendar appointments for team members.
* Support financial record keeping through QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy in data entry.
* Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
Skills
* Previous office experience is highly desirable, with a focus on administrative tasks.
* Proficient computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy.
* Strong phone etiquette to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
* Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
* Experience with QuickBooks is advantageous for financial management tasks.
* Ability to perform accurate data entry with attention to detail.
