Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate records of all transactions related to importation and export of goods
* Provide clearance instructions
* Check and file customs clearances
* Arrange freight shipments, dealing with freight forwarders and carriers
* Complete internal processes and filing
* Check invoices
* Liaise with various internal and external departments and partners to ensure processes maintained and information received timely and accurately
* Deal with HMRC on submissions and queries
Requirements
* Experience in Customs / Logistics / Freight Forwarding would be preferred.
* A desire to learn and undergo internal and external training to advance skills and knowledge in the area of customs and logistics.
* Attention to detail, accuracy and strong organisations skills are essential
